Evgeny Paton

Professor Evgeny Oscarovich Paton was a Ukrainian and Soviet engineer who established the E. O. Paton Electric Welding Institute in Kiev. Paton was a peoples deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union . He was the father of Borys Paton.
